Hello,
I’m Nicole, an amateur camper finding the joy of camping with my sons and husband in our travel camper. I am a midwestern transplant to Florida.  A stay at home mom. A wife to a police officer. And now a blogger!

I grew up in a very small town located  on the banks of the Mississippi River in Illinois.  This is where my appreciation for small towns, history and vintage finds comes from.  A piece of my heart will always be tied to this town and its people.

I am a huge Harry Potter fan.  A little old to be one, but I love the books and I still get engrossed in the movies.  

I love Airstreams and vintage campers.  My retirement dream is to buy an Airstream and travel the USA with my husband.  He’s not fully on board with this, but I’m working on it.  I would also love to buy a vintage trailer like a Shasta Airflyte and do a total refinish on it.  Bringing something back to its former glory would be so satisfying.
