Recipe 1 Teaspoon oil or butter ( for greasing the Dutch Oven ) 2 Cups Corn Meal Mix 1 1/3 Cups Buttermilk 1 Can Creamed Corn 1/4 Cup Olive or Vegetable Oil 1 Egg 1/2 Cup each of Red and Green Peppers 1/2 JalapeƱo Pepper 1 Cup Shredded Mexican Mix Cheese In a medium sized bowl add the cornmeal, buttermilk and oil.
