Camping at Huguenot Memorial Park
We spent the weekend camping at Huguenot Memorial Park, a city campground in Jacksonville, Florida. This was the perfect spot to enjoy the beauty of nature, passing ships and relaxing on a white sanded beach. Campsites The campsites at Huguenot are close together, but it didn’t feel crowded to us. We had a corner spot, #43, that was located near the road to the beach. The roadway can be busy with vehicles at times, but traffic stops a 7 at night when the beach closes to vehicles. Relaxing at North Beach Camp Resort
We spent a few days this week relaxing at North Beach Camp Resort in Saint Augustine, Florida. It was a great way to social distance, but to also enjoy fresh air at the beach. Our plans of camping at Anastasia State Park we cancelled a few days before our planned camping trip. Finding this gem of a campground was a stroke of luck. North Beach Camp Resort is situated off the coast of Saint Augustine on a barrier island. It is ideally located near the beach, which is one the reasons we chose this location to camp.
